Websites – No Phone numbers
Website Frustrations
For me personally I find websites without easily found phone numbers my pet frustration.
It also is a big marketing mistake, their is even a phrase R.O.B.O (research online, buy offline) that
summarises the issue. The majority of visitors to a business website are either:
1. Seeing what services you provide (match their need)
2. Educating themselves about product.
3. Looking for contact details
When people are serious about purchasing your product/service they will typically pick up the phone.
Mobile Websites
An easy to find and clickable phone number on the home page is even more important on a mobile website.
With over 50% of all internet traffic now on a mobile or tablet a phone number can be a quick source of business.
